The Hammami Lab is always interested in highly motivated and enthusiastic people with a strong background in microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, computational biology, or a related field. We strive to create a generous, collaborative, and supportive environment for research. We expect from our lab members hard work, sharing, and clear communication—favoring collaboration over secrecy and competition. The Hammami Lab is dedicated to studying the role of gut microbiota in health and disease.
Postdocs
If you are interested in our research and you have a recent PhD degree, please email riadh.hammami@uottawa.ca including your CV, publication list, past research achievements, a brief motivation letter with future research plans, and the contact details of three references. We also encourage candidates to suggest their own research directions or ideas. We are always interested in motivated candidates.
Graduate Students
If you are interested in joining the lab, please send an email containing your CV, publications (if available), grades from university studies, a motivation letter, and contact details of at least one potential reference.
